This segment can be located on the <br />Crystal Creek and Almont U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Priority date: October 2, 1987, provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases <br />filed prior to October 2, 1987, and otherwise junior as provided <br />in section 37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Amount of water: Instream flow of 5.0 c.f.s. (April 1 <br />through October 31); 2.5 c.f.s. (Nov. 1 through March 31). <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & <br />1987 Supp.). <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the applicant shall install and <br />maintain such water measurement devices, recording devices, con- <br />tent gauges, and inlet and outlet measurement and recording <br />devices, as the case may be, as are deemed essential by the <br />Office of the State Engineer, and the same shall be installed and <br />operated in accordance with instructions from said office. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
