This segment can be located <br />on the West Elk Peak, West Elk Peak SW, and McIntosh <br />Mountain U.S.G.S, quadrangles. <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments in an <br />unsurveyed area, the Division Engineer has determined for <br />administrative purposes that the approximate legal <br />description of the instream flow termini as protracted <br />from U.S.G,S. and/or D.S.F.S mapping is as follows: <br />upstream terminus in the NW/4, SW/4, NE/4, Section 34, <br />Township 51 North, Range 3 West N.M.P.M.; downstream <br />terminus in the NE/4, SE/4, SW/4, Section 18, Township <br />49 North, Range 2 West, N.M.P.M. <br /> <br />Priority Date: November 9, 1992, provided, however, <br />that this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded <br />in cases filed prior to November 9, 1992, and otherwise <br />junior as provided in section 37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973) <br /> <br />Amount of water: (ABSOLUTE) Instream flow of 1.5 <br />c,f.s. (May 1 - September 30); 0.75 c.f.s.
