(USGS quads not yet published. Approximate location <br />taken from specified Forest Service maps.) . <br />Description of Ditch and/o~ Pipeline: (Means of Diversion): N/A <br /> <br />Priority Date: September ~3, 1977 provided, however, that this right shall be <br />junior to qll priorities awarded in cases filed prior to 1977, <br />and otherwtse junior as provided in C.R.S. 1973, 37-9~-306. <br /> <br />Amount of Water: 4 cfl; <br /> <br />Use of Water: To maintain such minimum flows as are reqUired to preserve the <br />natural environment to ~ reaso~able degree, pursuant to C.R.S.1973,. 37-92-103. <br />That the United States of America filed a statement of opposition. That a <br />stipulation has been reached between the United Stat~s and the applicant herein <br />and such stipulation is made part of and incorporated into any order entered <br />in this case. <br /> <br />That the Colorado River ~ater Conservation District timely filed a statement <br />of opposition and suvsequehtly withdrew said opposition. <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that applicant shall install and maintain such water <br />measurment devices, recording devices, content gauges and-inlet and outlet <br />measurement and recording devices, as the case may be, as are deemed essential. <br />by the Office of' the State Engineer, and the l2'8.me shall be installed and <br />operated in accordance with instructions from said office. <br /> <br />Dated thi s 27th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />February , 19~.
