A NATURAL STREAM IN SAGUACHE COUNTY ----------------------------------------------------------------- The matter. having come on before the co~rt on the applica- tion of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the court being fully advised as to the m3tter of the application herein, hereby makes the following findings: The application herein was filed'with the water clerk, Water Division No.3, on tha 26th of Oecember, 1982. All notices required by law of the filing of this application have been fulfilled, and the co~rt has jurisdiction over the applica- tion. No statements of opposition were filed to the application. All matter contained in the application has been reviewed and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the court finds that the statements contained in the application are true and that applicant is entitled to the water right requested in the application.
