The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity <br />of lat. 39 deg. 32'45"N, long. 105 deg. 35'39"W as the <br />upstream terminus and'extending to the confluence with Deer <br />Creek at lat. 39 deg. 30'43"N, 105 deg. 34'17"W as the <br />downstream terminus, being a distance of approximately 2.8 <br />miles. This segment can be located on the Harris Park <br />D.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />D.S.G.S. mapping as follows: upstream terminus in Sec. 7 T6S <br />R73W 6th P.M.; downstream terminus in the NE/4 520 T6S R73W 6th <br />P.M. <br /> <br />3.
