minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from
headwaters in the vicinity of lat. 38 deg. 05'05"N, long. 107
deg.32'25"W as the upstream terminus and the confluence with
Silver Jack Reservoir at lat. 38 deg. 13'16"N, long. 107 deg.
32'36"W as the downstream terminus being a distance of approxi-
mately 10.4 miles. This segment can be located on the Wetterhorn
Peak, Courthouse Mountain U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s).

Administration: For the stream segments(s) in an unsur-
veyed area, the division engineer has determined for administra-
tive purposes that the approximate legal description of the
instream flow termini as protracted from U.S.F.S. Planimetric
(1:31,680) mapping is as follows: Upstream terminus in the NW/4
SE/4 NE/4 S8 T44N R6W NMPM approximately 1110 ft. West of East
Line; 1530 ft. South of North Line; downstream terminus in the
SW/4 NE/4 SE/4 S20 T46N R6W NMPM approximately 1270 ft. West of
East Line; 1610 ft. North of South LIne.
