All notices required by law <br />for the filing of this application have been fulfilled. and the <br />court has jurisdiction over the application. <br /> <br />No statements of Opposltlcn were filed to this application. <br />Statements of opposition were filed by the united States and the <br />Upper Gunnison River Water Cons~rvancy District. These state- <br />ments of opposition have been withdrawn. <br /> <br />All matters contained in the application have been reviewed <br />and testimony taken where such testimony IS necessary and the <br />court finds t~at the statements contained in the application are <br />true and that applicant is entitled to the water right requested <br />in the application. <br />
