The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the confluence with Brush <br />Creek at lat. 38 deg. 52'50" N. long. 106 deg. 54'28" W as <br />the upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with <br />Alkali Creek at lat. 38 deg. 43'10" N, long 106 deg. 51'06" <br />W as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approxi- <br />mately 13.9 miles. This segment can be located on the <br />Gothic, Crested Butte, Cement Mountain and Almont U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangles. <br /> <br />3. The source of water: <br /> <br />East River <br /> <br />4. The date of appropriation: <br /> <br />June 3, 1982 <br /> <br />5. The amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />Instream flow of 10 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />6. The use of the water: <br /> <br />To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve <br />the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to <br />33 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & 19B8 Supp.).
