<br />Referee, having investigated the matter of the Application
<br />on file herein, hereby makes the following findings and rJ1~illg..,,;:

<br />FINDINGS OF FACT
<br />
<br />1. That the said Application was filed on December 29,
<br />
<br />1977 .
<br />
<br />2. That the Water Clerk caused publication' of such filing
<br />as provided by statute; that the time for filing State~ents ~f
<br />Opposition expired on the last day of February, 1978, and that
<br />such a statement was filed by the Southeastern Colorado Water
<br />
<br />Conservancy District.
<br />
<br />3. That on March 17, 1978, the undersigned Water Referee
<br />re-referred the case to the Water Judge pursuant to the authority
<br />granted the said Referee in C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-303(2).
