The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity <br />of lat. 40 deg. 47'57"N, long. 105 deg. 4S'20"W as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with <br />Ki11pecker Creek at lat. 40 deg. 48'S2"N, long. 105 deg. <br />42'33"W as the downstream terminus being a distance of <br />approximately 2.9 miles. This segment can be located on <br />the Deadman and South Bald Mountain U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream terminus in the SW/4 SE/4 <br />Sec. 25 TION R75W 6th P.M.: downstream terminus in the SE/4 Sec. <br />20 TION R74W 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3.
