This segment can be located on the <br />Engineer Mountain, Hermosa Peak, and Elk Creek U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangles. <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments(s) in an unsur- <br />veyed area, the division engineer has determined for administra- <br />tive purposes that the approximate legal description of the in- <br />stream flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.S. mapping is as <br />follows: upstream terminus in the NE/4, NE/4, Sec. 23, T39N, R9W, <br />NMPM; downstream terminus in the NW/4, NW/4, Sec. 25, T39N, RIOW, <br />NMPM. <br /> <br />Priority date: July 13, 1984. <br /> <br />Amount of water: Flow in cfs: 3.0 c.f.s. (March 1 - Octo- <br />ber 31): 1.5 c.f.s. (November 1 - February 29). <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S.
