a.The natural stream channel from outlet Pear Lake at latitude 380 54' 39"
N and longitude 1060 23' 0 I " W as the upstream terminus and extending to
confluence Texas Creek at latitude 380 52' 42"N and longitude 106023'
54" W as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approximately 2.8
miles. This segment can be located on the Winfield and Tincup U.S.O.S.
quadrangles. See Exhibit A.

b, Administration: For the stream segments in an unsurveyed area, the
Division Engineer has determined for administrative purposes that the
approximate legal description of the instream flow termini as protracted
from U,S.O,S, and/or U,S,F,S, mapping is as follows: downstream
terminus in the SW Y. NW Y. See, 36, TI3S, R8IW, 6th P.M.

by action of the Colorado Water Conservation Board under the provision

The application is granted and a decree in the amount of (ABSOLUTE):
Instream flow of2,75 c,f.s. (May I-July 31); 1.5 c.f.s. (August I - September 30);
0.75 c.f,s, (October I - December 14); 0,5 c.f.s. (December IS-April 30) is hereby
entered to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree through the
upstream aud downstream points as described in paragraph 4 above, The
appropriation date for this water right is May I I, 1998

The priority herein awarded was filed in the water court in the year of 1998
and shall be junior to all priorities filed in previous years. As between all rights filed
in the same calendar year, priorities shall be determined by historical date of
