DO' 26" W as the <br />downstream terminus being a distance of approximately 9 miles. <br />This segment can be located on the Mt. Richtofen, Jack Creek <br />Ranch, Gould U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Priority date: December 3, 1981 provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases <br />filed prior to 1981, and otherwise junior as provided in C.R.S. <br />1973, 37-92-306. <br /> <br />Amount of water: Flow in c.f.s.: May 1 through September <br />30 - 15 c.f.s.; October 1 through April 30 - 3 c.f.s. <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are re- <br />quired to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree <br />pursuant to C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-102 and 103.
