<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED: <br /> <br />Name and address of claimant: <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 721 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />WATER RIGHT <br /> <br />Name of natural stream: Dolores River <br /> <br />Location: Legal description of beginning and end points of <br />minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from the <br />confluence with Fill Gulch at lat. 37 deg. 38'33"N, long. 108 <br />deg. 03'07"W as the upstream terminus and the confluence with <br />Bear Creek at lat. 37 deg. 34'33"N, long. 108 deg. 11'14"W as the <br />downstream terminus being a distance of approximately 10.6 miles. <br />This segment can be located on the Rico, Orphan Butte, Wallace <br />Ranch U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segment(s) in an unsurveyed <br />area, the division engineer has determined for administrative <br />purposes that the approximate legal description of the instream <br />flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.S. topographic sheets is <br />as follows: Downstream terminus in the NW/4 S9 T38N R12W NMPM. <br /> <br />Priority date: July 13, 1984 provided, however, that this <br />right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases filed <br />prlor to 1984, and otherwise junior as provided in section <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Flow amount claimed: 35.0 c.f.s. (Mar.-Oct.); 25.0 c.f.s. <br />(Nov.-Feb.) <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S.
