All notices re- <br />quired by law of the filing of this Application have been ful- <br />filled and the Referee has jurisdiction of this Application. <br />Timely Statements of Opposition were filed by Wildcat Ranch, <br />Ltd., Aspen village Inc., and Board of County Conmissioners of <br />Pitkin County. Objectors Aspen Village Inc. and Wildcat Ranch, <br />Ltd. have stipulated to the entry of this Ruling and Decree.
