The purpose of this stipulation is to <br />allow fu1l compliance with the equitable apportionment provi- <br />sions of ~eQta~~~_~~_~xQmin~, 325 U.S. 589 (19451 and ~odi- <br />fied January 14, 1953. Applicant is entering into this <br />stipulation due to the uniqueness of said equitable appor- <br />tionment decree in that said decree defines the specific <br />acreage that may be placed under irrigation. This stipu- <br />lation establishes no general principle or precedent with <br />respect to any other interstate stream. <br /> <br />2. This stipulation was previously approved by the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board at its regular meeting in <br />Denver, Colorado on December 4, 1981. <br /> <br />3. The omission of said stipulation from the referee's <br />ruling of April 9, 1982 was inadvertent on the part of the <br />applicant and the objector, Jackson County Water Conservancy <br />District. <br /> <br />4. Oojector, Jackson County Water Conservancy Dis- <br />trict will withdraw its statement of opposition and its pro- <br />test upon the incorporation of this stipulation in the final <br />decree herein. <br /> <br />5.
