<br />minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from
<br />headwaters at spring at lat. 40 deg. 32' 22" N. long. 105 deg.
<br />54' 37" W as the upstream terminus and confluence with Michigan
<br />River in NE/4, 5E/4 517 T7N R77W, 6th P.M. as the downstream
<br />terminus being a distance of approximately 10.3 miles. This seg-
<br />ment can be located on the Clark Peak, Gould U.S.G.S.
<br />quadrangle(s).
<br />
<br />Priority date: December 3, 1981 provided, however, that
<br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases
<br />filed prior to 1981, and otherwise junior as provided in C.R.S.
<br />1973, 37-92-306.
<br />
<br />Amount of water: Flow in c.f.s.: 5 absolute
<br />
<br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are re-
<br />quired to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree
<br />pursuant to C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-102 and 103. No diversion of the
<br />water right herein will be made from the natural stream channel.
<br />
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the applicant shall install and
<br />maintain such water measurement devices, recording devices, con-
<br />tent gauges and inlet and outlet measurement and recording de-
<br />vices, as the case may be, as are deemed essential by the Office
<br />of the State Engineer, and the same shall be installed and oper-
<br />ated in accordance with instructions from said office.
