Box 580, Fort Collins, Colorado <br />80522, 484-4220, may be called to testify about his knowledge of <br />existing appropriations exporting water from Jackson County, the <br />future need to export more water from Jackson County, and the <br />injurious effect that this minimum flow application could have on <br />the City of Fort Collins' ability to appropriate water in the <br />future. <br /> <br />b. Dennis Bode, Water Resources Engineer, P.O. Box <br />580, Fort Collins, Colorado 80522, 484-4220, may be called to <br />testify about his knowledge of existing appropriations exporting <br />water from Jackson County, the future need to export more water <br />from Jackson County, and the injurious effect that this minimum <br />flow application could have on the City of Fort Collins' ability <br />to appropriate water in the future. <br /> <br />c. Tom Moore, Director, Board of Directors, P.O. <br />Box 340, Fort Collins, Colorado 80522, 493-3250, may be called <br />to testify about his knowledge of existing appropriations <br />exporting water from Jackson County, the future need to export <br />more water from Jackson County, and the injurious effect that <br />this minimum flow application could have on the Water Supply and <br />Storage Company's ability to appropriate water in the future. <br /> <br />d. Mr. Eric Wagner, District 47 Water Commissioner, <br />P.O. Box 1159, Walden, Colorado 80480, 723-4388. Mr. Wagner may <br />be called to testify about his knowledge of the limits <br />established by the Nebraska v. Wyoming decision, supra, how he <br />administrates water to comply with that decision, the amount of <br />water currently being exported from Jackson County, to <br />demonstrate that more water could be exported from Jackson County <br />in the future without exceeding the U.S. Supreme Court limits, <br />and to describe the effect this minimum flow right will have on <br />future appropriations by these protesters. <br /> <br />VI.
