Name of natural stream: Rock Creek

Location: Legal description of the stream segment
through which an instream flow is claimed: The natural
stream channel from the headwaters in the vicinity of
latitude 38013'16" N and longitude 106053'53" W as the
upstream terminus and extending to the headgate of the
J W Brown Ditch at latitude 38.07'46" N and longitude
107000'47" W as the downstream terminus, being a distance
of approximately 13.7 miles. This segment can be located
on the Rock Creek Park and Rudolph Hill U.S.G.S.
quadrangles.

Administration: For the stream segments in an
unsurveyed area, the Division Engineer has determined for
administrative purposes that the approximate legal
description of the instream flow termini as protracted
from U.S.G.S. and/or U.S.F.S mapping is as follows:
upstream terminus in the SW/4, NE/4, SW/4, Section 19,
Township 46 North, Range 1 East N.M.P.M.; downstream
terminus in the SW/4, SW/4, SW/4, Section 19, Township
45 North, Range 1 West, N.M.P.M.

Priority Date: November 9, 1992, provided, however,
that this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded
in cases filed prior to November 9, 1992, and otherwise
junior as provided in section 37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973)

Amount of water: (ABSOLUTE) Instream flow of 3.0
c.f.s. (May 1 - September 30); 0.75 c.f.s. (October 1 -
April 30)

Use of Water: to maintain such minimum flows as are
required to preserve the natural environment to a
reasonable degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102(3) and
37-92-103(3), (4) and (10), C.R.S. (1990).
