have been fulfilled, and the Referee has jurisdiction of this application.

Statement of opposition was filed by Kenneth H. Winchell and time

for filing additional statements has expired. An Entry of Appearance

was filed by Anne Brandt.

All matters contained in the application having been reviewed,

and testimony having been taken where such testimony is necessary, and

such corrections made as are indicated by the evidence presented herein,

an unsurveyed area but appears to be in NW~ !... Section 29
Township 8 South, Range 78 West of the 6th P.M., Park
County, downstream approximately 6.1 miles to the
confluence with the Middle Fork of the South Platte
River in the N~, Section 12, Township 9 South, Range 78
West, at a'point approximately 2300 feet South and
2500 feet East of the NW Corner, Section 12.
