Date water applied to beneficial use: water was first <br />applied to beneficial use on November 8, 1985, pursuant to <br />section 37- 92- 103(4), C.R.S. (1973). <br />C. How appropriation was initiated: By applicant's <br />approval of its staff's final recommendations at a regu- <br />larly scheduled meeting, subsequent to having requested and <br />considered recommendations from the Division of Wildlife, <br />and the Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation. <br />5. Amount of water claimed: <br />I nstream flow of 1. 5 c.f.. absolute. <br />6. Remarks: This appropriation is made pursuant to the provi- <br />sions of sections 37- 92- 102(3) and 37- 92- 103(3), (4), and <br />(ID), C.R.S. (1984 Supp.). The purpose of this appropria- <br />tion by the State of Colorado is to preserve the natural <br />environment to a reasonable degree.
