Description of beginning and end points of minimum stream flow <br />claimed: The natural stream channel from its confluence with an unnamed <br />tributary in the SWl/4SWl/4 of Section 34. T. 4 N.. R. 78 W. of the 6th P.M.~ <br />as the upstream terminus. and extending to the confluence with Willow Creek in <br />the NEl/~SWl/4 of Section 1. T. 3 N..
