This segment can be Jocated on the <br />Bristol Head 15', Mj,neral Mtn. The purpose of this appropriation by the state of Colorado <br />is to insure the preservation of a minimum stream level to protect <br />the natural environment to a reasonable.degr~P:. <br /> <br />R.U L I N G <br /> <br />IT IS THE RULING OF THE REFEREE that no adverse effect can <br />be determined and that ROUGH CREEK, as above described, is <br />APPROVED AND GRANTED AN ABSOLUTE IN PLACE DECREE in the amount <br />of 1.5 c.f.s. of water when and if it is available in the natural <br />flow, for the purposes of protecting the.natural environment <br />thereof.
