This segment can <br />be located on the Shadow Mountain U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangle. <br /> <br />c.(l) Date of initiation of appropriation: <br />October 2, 1987. <br /> <br />(2) Date water applied to beneficial use: <br />water was first applied to beneficial use <br />on October 2, 1987, pursuant to . <br />S 37-92-103(4), C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />(3) How appropriation was initiated: By <br />approval of the staff's final recommenda- <br />tions by the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board, at its regular meeting subsequent to <br />requesting and considering recommendations <br />from the Division of Wildlife and the Divi- <br />sion of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, among <br />other things. <br /> <br />d. Amount of water claimed: Instream flow <br />of 50 c.f.s. absolute (May 1 through Sep- <br />tember 30)1 25.0 c.f.s. (October 1 through <br />April 30). <br /> <br />This appropriation is made pursuant to the provi- <br />sions of 55 37-92-102(3) and 37-92-103(3), (4), and <br />(10), C.R.S.
