an unsurveyed area but appears to be in SE~, Section 13,
Township 8 North, Range 75 West of the 6th P.M., Larimer
County, and the confluence of Cache la poudre River at
lat 40041'24" North, long 105045141" West as the down-
stream terminus in the NW~SW~, Section I, Township 8
North, Range 75 West of the 6th P.M., being a distance
of approximately 3 miles.
