<br />The above entitled application was filed on May 3, 1976,

<br />and was referred to the undersigned as Water Referee for

<br />Water Division No. 51 State of Colorado I by the Water Judge

<br />tributary to Sopris Creek, tributary to the Roaring Fork River.

<br />5. Description of beginning and end points of
<br />minimum stream flow claimed: East Sopris Creek from its head-
<br />waters in Section 291 T. 9 S., R. 87 W. of the 6th ?M., to
<br />its confluc.ncc with "lest Sopris Creek in Section 241 T. 8 5.,
<br />R. 87W. of the 6th P.M.
