The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity <br />of lat. 39 deg. 33'00"N, long. 105 deg. 48'08"W as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with <br />Geneva Creek at lat. 39 deg. 32'43"N, long. 105 deg. <br />44'53"W as the downstream terminus, being a distance of <br />approximately 3.0 miles. This segment can be located on <br />the Montezu~a and Mt. Evans U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Divisio~ Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream terminus in sec. 5 T6S <br />R75W 6th P.M.; dowrtstream terminus in sec. 11 T6S R75W 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3.
