Kirby Gulch Minimum Flow

2. The legal description of the structure:

The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity
of lat. 39 deg. 33'00"N, long. 105 deg. 48'08"W as the
upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with
Geneva Creek at lat. 39 deg. 32'43"N, long. 105 deg.
44'53"W as the downstream terminus, being a distance of
approximately 3.0 miles. This segment can be located on
the Montezu~a and Mt. Evans U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s).

For administrative purposes only, the Divisio~ Engineer has
translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into
approximate protracted section, township, and range location from
U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream terminus in sec. 5 T6S
R75W 6th P.M.; dowrtstream terminus in sec. 11 T6S R75W 6th P.M.

To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve

diversion of the water right herein will be made from the
natural stream channel.
