have been fulfilled, and the Referee has jurisdiction of this application.

for filing additional statements has expired.

Range 77 West of the 6th P.M" Park eounty, at a
point approximately 2000 feet South and 600 feet West
of the NE Corner, Section 20 to the eastern boundary
of Section 28, Township 9 South, Range 77 West of the
6th P.M., at a point on the East line and 1600 feet
North of the SE Corner, Section 28. A distance of
approximately 10 miles.
