<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Case No. 87CW284 <br />Caribou Creek <br />CWCB <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />.' <br />, <br />. <br /> <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED: <br /> <br />Name and address of claimant: <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 721 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />WATER RIGHT <br /> <br />Name of natural stream: Caribou Creek <br /> <br />Location: Legal description of beginning and end points of <br />minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from <br />headwaters in the SW/4 SE/4 sec. 6 TIS R73W 6th P.M. as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with North <br />Boulder Creek at lat. 40 deg. 00'22"N long. 105 deg. 32'57"W as <br />the downstream terminus being a distance of approximately 3.5 <br />miles. This segment can be located on the Nederland and Ward <br />U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments(s) in an unsur- <br />veyed area, the division engineer has determined for administra- <br />tive purposes that the approximate legal description of the in- <br />stream flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.S. mapping is as <br />follows: downstream terminus in the SE/4 sec. 34 TIN R73W 6th <br />P.M. <br /> <br />Priority date: December 11, 1987 provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases <br />filed prior to December 11, 1987, and otherwise junior as pro- <br />vided in section 37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Amount of water: Instream flow of 2.5 c.f.s. (April 1 <br />through October 31); 1.5 c.f.s. (November 1 through March 31). <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & <br />1987 Supp.). <br /> <br />-2- <br />
