<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED: <br /> <br />Name and address of claimant: <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 721 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />WATER RIGHT <br /> <br />Name of natural stream: Taylor River <br /> <br />Location: Legal deseription of beginning and end points of <br />minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from the <br />confluence with Spring Creek in the NW/4, NW/4, sec. 27, T15S, <br />R84W, 6th P.M. as the upstream terminus and extending to the eon- <br />fluence with East River in the SW/4, SE/4, sec. 22, TSIN, RIE, <br />N.M.P.M. as the downstream terminus being a distance of approxi- <br />mately 6.6 miles. This segment can be located on the Almont <br />U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Priority date: October 2, 1987, provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases <br />filed prior to October 2, 1987, and otherwise junior as provided <br />in section 37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Amount of water: <br />through September 30); <br /> <br />Instream flow of 200.0 c.f.s. (May 1 <br />80.0 c.f.s. (October 1 through April 30). <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & <br />1987 Supp.). <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the applicant shall install and <br />maintain such water measurement devices, recording devices, con- <br />tent gauges, and inlet and outlet measurement and recording <br />devices, as the case may be, as are deemed essential by the <br />Office of the State Engineer, and the same shall be installed and <br />operated in accordance with instructions from said office. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
