The source of the water is: <br /> <br />Elk Creek, tributary to Jack Creek, tributary to Illinois <br />River, tributary to Michigan River, tributary to North Platte <br />River. <br /> <br />5. The date of appropriation is: <br /> <br />May 8, 1992. <br /> <br />6. The appropriation was initiated by: <br /> <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board action pursuant to C.R.S. <br />37-92-102(3), 37-92-103(3), (4), (10). <br /> <br />7. The water was applied to beneficial use on: <br />May 8, 1992. <br />8. The amount of water awarded is: <br /> <br />0.75 cfs, Absolute, from April 1 through October 31, each <br />year; and 0.30 cfs, Absolute, from November 1 through March <br />31, each year. <br /> <br />9. The use of water is: <br /> <br />Minimum stream flow to preserve the environment to a <br />reasonable degree. <br /> <br />10.
