Administration: For the stream segments in an unsurveyed area, the Division Engineer has determined for admin1strative purposes that the approximate legal description of the minimum stream flow termin1 as protracted from U.S.G.S. mapping is as follows: upstream terminus in the Northweswt 1/4 of Section 34, T6N, R77W of the 6th P.M., Jackson county, Colorado; downstream terminus in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 8, T5N, R77W of the 6th P.M., Jackson county, Colorado. 4. The source of the water is: Elk Creek, tributary to Jack Creek, tributary to Illinois River, tributary to Michigan River, tributary to North Platte River. 5. The date of appropriation is: May 8, 1992. 6. The appropriation was initiated by: Colorado Water Conservation Board action pursuant to C.R.S. 37-92-102(3), 37-92-103(3), (4), (10). 7. The water was applied to beneficial use on: May 8, 1992. 8. The amount of water awarded is: 0.75 cfs, Absolute, from April 1 through October 31, each year; and 0.30 cfs, Absolute, from November 1 through March 31, each year. 9. The use of water is: Minimum stream flow to preserve the environment to a reasonable degree. 10. Applicant shall not oppose, object to, or protest a change in point of diversion of an absolute water right upstream from its decreed point of diversion to a new point of diversion within the reach of the minilDUJll stream flow decree applied for, when the owner of such water right (a) is entitled to extend the head of such ditch upstream pursuant to the provisions of C.R.S. 37-86-111, or
