The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the outlet at Cirque Lake <br />at lat. 40 deg. 32'27" N long. 105 deg. 39'37" W as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with <br />South Fork Cache La Poudre River in the NW/4 SE/4 sec. 20, <br />T7N, R73W, 6th P.M. as the downstream terminus, being a <br />distance of approximately 3.5 miles. This segment can be <br />located on the Comanche Peak and Pingree Park U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangles. <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: upstream terminus in sec. 26, T7N, <br />R74W, 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3.
