This segment can be located on the Sargents Mesa U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangle{s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segment(s) in an unsurveyed <br />area, the division engineer has determined for administrative <br />purposes that the approximate legal description of the instream <br />flow termini as protracted from U.S.F.S. Planimetric (1:31,680) <br />mapping is as follows: Upstream terminus in NE/4 5W/4 NW/4 535 <br />T48N R5E N.M.P.M. approximately 1020 ft. East of West Line; <br />approximately 3760 ft. North of South Line. <br /> <br />Priority date: May 4, <br />right shall be junior to all <br />prior to 1984, and otherwise <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />1984 provided, however, that this <br />priorities awarded in cases filed <br />junior as provided in section <br /> <br />Instream flow amount: <br /> <br />0.5 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S.
