This segment can be located on the Cement <br />Mountain and Matchless Mountain U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments(s) in an unsur- <br />veyed area, the division engineer has determined for administra- <br />tive purposes that the approximate legal description of the in- <br />stream flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.S. mapping is as <br />follows: upstream terminus in the NW/4, NE/4, SE/4, sec. 15, <br />TI4S, R84W, 6th P.M., downstream terminus in the NW/4, NW/4, <br />SW/4, sec. 24, T14S, R84W, 6th P.M. <br /> <br />Priority date: October 2, 1987 provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases <br />filed prior to October 2, 1987, and otherwise junior as provided <br />in section 37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Amount of water: Instream flow of 2.5 c.f.s. absolute. <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S.
