NAME OF DITCH, SPRING,
OR OTHER STRUCTURE: Pass creek.

LOCATION OF PLACE OF USE: Pass Creek from its headwaters
South and East of Monarch Pass to its confluence with Little
Cochetopa Creek (tributary to the South Arkansas River) in
Chaffee County, Colorado, a distance of approximately 6 miles.

SOURCE OF WATER: Pass creek, a tributary of the Arkansas River.

PRIORITY DATE: January 14, 1976, provided, however, that this
right shall be junior to all priorities awarded
in cases filed prior to 1976, and otherwise
junior, as provided in cns 1973, 37-92-306.

AMOUNT OF WATER: 2.0 c.f.s.

USE OF WATER: To maintain such m~n~mum flows as are required
to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That Applicant shall insta~l and

maintain such water measurement devices, recording devices,

content gauges and inlet and outlet measurement and recording

devices, a~ the case may be, as are deemed essential by' the

Office of th" State Engineer, and the same shall be' installed

and operated in accordance with instructions from said Office.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That copies of this ruling shall
