The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the confluence with the <br />South Fork Cache La poudre River in the NW/4 ~E/4 Sec. 3 <br />TaN R72W 6th P.M. as the upstream terminus and extending <br />to the intersection with the easterly N-S line of the W/2 <br />SW/4 Sec. 1 TaN R71W 6th P.M. as the downstream terminus <br />being a distance of approximately 12.2 miles. This segment <br />can be located on the Big Narrows and Poudre Park U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />3. The source of water: <br /> <br />The Cache La poudre River <br /> <br />4. The date of appropriation: <br />November 8, 1985 <br /> <br />5. The amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />55.0 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />6. The use of the water: <br /> <br />To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve <br />the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to <br />sections 37-92-l02 and l03, C.R.S. (l973 & 1986 Supp.).
