<br />, <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED: <br /> <br />Name and address of claimant: <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 721 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />WATER RIGHT <br /> <br />Name of natural stream: Crystal Creek. <br /> <br />Location: Legal description of beginning and end points of <br />minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from <br />headwaters in the vicinity of lat. 38 deg. 36'31"N, long. 107 <br />deg. 24'11"W as the upstream terminus and the confluence with <br />Dyer Creek in the SW/4 NW/4 S36 T50N R6W NMPM as the downstream <br />terminus being a distance of approximately 6.8 miles. This <br />segment can be located on the X Lazy F Ranch U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segment(s) in an unsurveyed <br />area, the division engineer has determined for administrative <br />purposes that the approximate legal description of the instream <br />flow termini as protracted from U.S.F.S. Planimetric (1:31,680) <br />mapping is as follows: Upstream terminus in the SW/4 SE/4 NE/4 <br />S9 T50N R5W NMPM approximately 1020 ft. West of East Line; 2110 <br />ft. South of North Line. <br /> <br />Priority date: May 4, <br />right shall be junior to all <br />prlor to 1984, and otherwise <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />1984 provided, however, that this <br />priorities awarded in cases filed <br />junior as provided in section <br /> <br />Instream flow amount: <br /> <br />5.5 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1985 <br />Supp.). No diversion of the water right herein will be made from <br />the natural stream channel. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
