The purpose <br />of this appropriation by the State of Colorado is to <br />insure the preservation of a minimum stream level <br />to protect the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree. . <br /> <br />8. The Applicant, by Stipulation, does not acknowledge at this <br />time any ri9hts to water by the United States of America, <br />but in the future if the United States of America shall <br />seek appropriate judicial determination of any claimed <br />water rights in the watershed involved herein, the Applicant <br />stipulates and agrees that its right shall be subject to <br />any adjudicated senior right of the United States of America. <br /> <br />9. The priority herein awarded said Stuck Creek was filed in <br />the Water Court in the year of 1978 and shall be administered <br />as having been filed in that year; and shall be junior to <br />all priorities filed in previous years.
