Amount 0 water claimed (ABSOLUTE): Instream flow of 4.2 cfs (May 15 <br />- Aug. 14) and 2.0 cfs ( ug. 15 - May 14). <br /> <br />THE WATER FEREE RULES: <br /> <br /> <br />The application i granted and a decree (ABSOLUTE) in tht~ amount of 4.2 cfs <br />(May 15 - Aug. 14) and .0 cfs (Aug. 15 - May 14) is hereby enten~d to preserve the <br />natural environment to a reasonable degree through the stream segment described in <br />paragraph 4 above. The appropriation date for this water right is January 25,2005. <br /> <br />The priority herein awarded was filed in the water court in th~: year of2005 and <br />shall be junior to all pri rities filed in previous years. As between all rights filed in the <br />same calendar year, pri ities shall be determined by historical date: of appropriation and <br />not affected by the date f entry of ruling. The Applicant shall install and maintain such <br />
