5. Description of beginning and end points of mini-
mum stream flow claimed: the natural stream channel from
headwaters in the vicinity of lat 39 deg 46'50" N, long 106
deg IS'S311 Was the upstream terminus and highwater line of
Green Mountain Reser~oir at lat 3q deg 51'Z4" N, long 106
deg 15'54" W as the downstream terminus.

6. The use of the water is to appropriate such mini-
mum stream flows as are required to preserve the natural
environment to a reasonable degree.
