RULING OF REFEREE, DISTRICT COURT, ~ATER DIVISION NO.3, STATE OF COLORADO ----------------------------------------------------------------- CONCE~NING THE APPLICATION FOR ~ATER RIGHTS OF THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF COLORADO IN RIO DE LOS PINOS, A NATU~AL STREAM IN CONEJOS COUNTY -------------------------------#--------------------------------- The matter, having come o~ before the court on the applica- tion of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the court being fully advised as to the matter of the application herein, hereby makes the following findings: The application herein was filed with the water clerk, Water Division No.3, on the 28th of December, 1982. All notices required by law of the fil ing of this appl ication have been fulfilled, and the court has jurisdiction over the applica- tion. No statements of opposition were filed to the application. All matter contained in the application has been reviewed and testimony taKen where such testimony is necessary and the court finds that the statements contained in the application are true and that ap~licant is entitled to the water right requested in the a~plication.
