The source of the water is: <br /> <br />willow Creek, tributary to Illinois River, tributary to North <br />Platte River. <br /> <br />5. The date of appropriation is: <br /> <br />May 8, 1992. <br /> <br />6. The appropriation was initiated by: <br /> <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board action pursuant to C.R.S. <br />37-92-102(3) and 37~92-103(3), (4), and (10). <br /> <br />7. The water was applied to beneficial use on: <br /> <br />May 8, 1992. <br /> <br />8. The amount of water awarded is: <br /> <br />5.0 cfs, Absolute, from April 1 through October 31, each <br />year: and 2.75 cfs, Absolute, from November 1 through March <br />31, each year. <br /> <br />9.
