The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the headwaters in the <br />vicinity of latitude 37002'35" North and longitude <br />106021'44" West as the upstream terminus and extending to <br />the confluence with the Rio de los Pinos at latitude <br />37000'34" North and longitude 106020'16" West as the down- <br />stream terminus, being a distance of approximately 4.0 <br />miles. This segment can be located on the Osier U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangle. <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: upstream terminus in the NW/4, SE/4, <br />NE/4, sec. 1, T32N, R5E, N.M.P.M., 1000' FEL, 1900' FNL; down- <br />stream terminus in the SE/4, NW/4, SW/4, sec. 17, T32N, R6E, <br />N.M.P.M., 850' FWL, 1750' FSL. <br /> <br />3. The source of water: <br /> <br />Osier Creek <br /> <br />4. The date of appropriation: <br /> <br />May 11, 1989 <br /> <br />5. The amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />Flow in C.F.S.: 1.0 (April 1 through August 31); 0.5 (Sep- <br />tember 1 through March 31). <br /> <br />6. The use of the water: <br /> <br />To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve <br />the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to <br />sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & 1988 Supp.). No <br />diversion of the water right herein will be made from the <br />natural stream channel. <br /> <br />7.
