I found three small errors <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Case # 80 CW 39, Item #3: The downstream terminus is <br />incorrectly described. The word "heading" should be changed to <br />"headgate." <br /> <br />Case, # W-1667-77, Item #7: The historic priority date <br />should be changed from May 13, 1976, to May 12, 1976. <br /> <br />Case # W-1505-76, Item #7: The priority of the water right <br />is May 12, 1976, not May 13, 1976. <br /> <br />PB:mwp <br /> <br /> <br />The enclosed copies of your application show May 13, 1976 on <br />both Case # W-1505-76 and # W-1667-77.
