Tne application herein was filed with the water clerk. Water Division 4. on September 16. 1982. On Jul y 15. 1983 the court entered an Order grantin; relief from strict conformi~y witn local court rule 2-4(1) by allowing the applicant to describe stream segments in unsurveyed areas by longitude and latitude. On July 21. 1983. the applicant filed a first supple- ment to the application reflecting the Incorporation by reference of an informational map showing the relative location of the instream flow segment claimed in the application. All notices required by law for the filing of this application have been ful- fille=. and the court has jurisdiction over tne application. No statements of opposition were filed to this application. All matters contained in the application have been reviewed and testimony taken where Such testimony IS necessary and the court finos that the statements contained in the application are true and that applicant is entitled to the water right requested in the application. .
