The natural stream channel at the headwaters of the Gunnison River at latitude 38039' 45"N and longitude 1070 03' 23"W as the upstream terminus and extending to the Dooley Antelope Irrigation Ditch at latitude 380 34' 48"N and longitude 106058' 51"W as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approximately 7.8 miles. This segment can be located on the Squirrel Creek, McIntosh Mountain, and Gunnison U.s.G.S. quadrangles. b. For administrative purposes only: Upper Terminus = UTM 42 81126N 13 3 21 071E Lower Terminus =NE SW S2l T50N RIWNMPM UTM 4271 818N 13 227 443E 1475' East of West Section Line, 2300' North of South Section Line 5. Use of the water: Instream flow to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. 6. Date of initiation of appropriation: January 28, 2004 7. The water was first applied to the above beneficial use on January 28, 2004, by the action of the Colorado Water Conservation Board under the provisions of C.R.S. ~ ~ 37-92-102(3) and 37-92-103(3), (4) and (10). 8. Amount of water claimed (ABSOLUTE): Insteam flow of 1.65 cfs (April 1 - August 31), 1.20 cfs (September 1 - January 14), and 1.10 cfs (January 15- March 31). THE WATER REFEREE RULES: The application is granted and a decree (ABSOLUTE) in the amount of 1.65 cfs (April 1 - August 31), 1.20 cfs (September 1 - January 14), and 1.10 cfs (January 15- March 31) is hereby entered to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree through the stream segment described in paragraph 4 above. The appropriation date for this water right is January 28, 2004.
