This <br />segment can be located on the Fairview Peak, Garfield (15'), Mt. <br />Harvard (15') U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segment(s) in an unsurveyed <br />area, the division engineer has determined for administrative <br />purposes that the approximate legal description of the instream <br />flow termini as protracted from U.S.F.S. Planimetric (1:31,680) <br />mapping is as follows: downstream terminus in NE/4 SW/4 SE/4 S7 <br />T15S R81W, 6th P.M. approx. 1790 ft. west of east line; 740 ft. <br />north of south line. <br /> <br />Priority date: May 4, <br />right shall be junior to all <br />pr~or to 1984, and otherwise <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />1984 provided, however, that this <br />priorities awarded in cases filed <br />junior as provided in section <br /> <br />Flow amount claimed: <br /> <br />2.0 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S.
