2. The legal description of the structure:

The natural stream channel from the confluence with an
unnamed tributary in the SW/4 NW/4 see, 24, T4S, R72W, 6th
P,M, as the upstream terminus and extending to the con-
fluence with Beaver. Brook in the SE/4 NW/4 sec, 8, T4S,
R7IW, 6th P.M, as the downstream terminus, being a dis-
tance of approximately 3.2 miles. This segment can be
located on the Squaw Pass and Evergreen U,S.G.S.
quadrangle.

December 11, 1987

5, The amount of water claimed:

Instream flow of 1.0 c,f.s.

6. The use of the water:

To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve
the natural e~vironment to a reasonable degree pursuant to
sections 37-92-102 and ID3, C.R.S. (1973 & 1987 Supp.). No
diversion of the water right herein will be made from the
natural stream channel.

by the date of entry of ruling.
