This segment can be located <br />on the Dunck1ey Pass U.S.G.S. quadrangle. <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments in an unsur- <br />veyed area, the Division Engineer has determined for <br />administrative purposes that the approximate legal <br />description of the in stream flow termini as pro- <br />tracted from U.S.G.S mapping is as follows: upstream <br />terminus in the NEj4, sec. 21, T2N, R87W, 6th P.M. <br /> <br />4. The source of the water is: <br /> <br />Bunker Creek, tributary to the Yampa River. <br /> <br />5. The date of appropriation is: <br /> <br />September 16, 1992. <br /> <br />6. The appropriation was initiated by: <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board action pursuant <br />to the provisions of Sections 37-92-102(3), <br />37-92-103(3), (4), and (10),. C.R.S. (1990 Repl. Vol. <br />15) . <br /> <br />7. The water was applied to beneficial use on: <br /> <br />September 16, 1992. <br /> <br />8. The amount of water awarded is: <br /> <br />2.25 c.f.s. (May 1 - September 30); 1.1 c.f.s. <br />(October 1 - April 30), all absolute. <br /> <br />9. The use of the water is: <br /> <br />For instream flows to preserve the natural environ- <br />ment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />The Referee finds that this application should be granted, <br />and an absolute decree for 2.25 c.f.s.
