Elk Creek Minimum Flow

2. The legal description of the structure:

The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity
of lat. 39 deg. 32'47"N, long. 105 deg. 33'34"W as the
upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with the
North Fork South Platte River in the NE/4 SE/4 Sec. 27 T7S
R71W 6th P.M. as the downstream terminus, being a distance
of approximately 20.6 miles. This segment can be located
on the Harris Park, Meridian Hill, Bailey and Pine U.S.G.S.
quadrangle(s).

For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has
translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into
approximate protracted section, township, and range location from
U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream terminus in Sec. 9 T6S
R73W 6th P.M.
